Brunch is a term used when you eat between breakfast and lunch. Usually, the concept brunch a lot of it is done by those who don't have time for breakfast in the morning and can only eat at 10 or 11 in the afternoon.

Term brunch itself comes from the combination of the words breakfast (breakfast) and lunch (have lunch). Menu brunch usually not too heavy like a main meal, but not too light like a snack. That's why, brunch is the right solution to fill energy when skipping breakfast but not until lunch time.

1. Omelette

2. Oatmeal

Besides omelets, other foods that you can make on the menu today brunch is oatmeal. However, you have to be careful because some oatmeal products contain excessive oil, butter, and sugar. Choose oatmeal plain.

3. Pancakes or waffles

Pancakes or waffles are also suitable to eat when brunch. Make a portion pancakes or waffles using whole grains or whole grains to be more nutrient dense. Avoid using butter, syrup, or whipped cream to reduce the sugar content in pancakes or waffles. Instead, you can use fresh fruits as toppingspancakes or waffles.

4. Processed potatoes

Serve these two potato preparations with a vegetable salad to provide high nutrition with low calories. Avoid eating potatoes with bread because it can increase your carbohydrate intake.

For dinner brunch appetizing, choose foods that taste delicious and fresh because they tend to make you feel satisfied. As for the drink, you can choose orange juice or fruit juice without added sugar. Enjoy!
