There are several symptoms that can result from tired eyes, including:

How to Overcome Tired Eyes

  • Adjust spacing, contrast, and font size on gadgets.

  • Use eye drops or a warm compress to treat dry eyes caused by fatigue.

The use of natural products, such as fish oil with omega-3 fatty acids or bilberry extract is believed to reduce the symptoms of tired eyes. However, this still requires further research.
