Vidoran Xmart 1+, 3+, and 5+ milk is a type of milk made from cow's milk. This milk contains milk powder (skimmed milk powder, lactose, whey protein), cod liver oil, vegetable oil blend, sucrose, choline, maltodextrin, inulin, taurine, inositol, L-carnitine, DHA powder, honey, natural honey flavor, synthetic milk flavor, 8 minerals, and 12 vitamins (vitamins K, C, E, A, B3, D3, B5, B2, B1, B6, B9, H).

The content of Vidoran Xmart soya 1+ and 3+ milk is almost the same as Vidoran Xmart 1+, 3+, and 5+. However, the basic ingredients of cow's milk are replaced with soy protein isolate. This is because this type of Vidoran Xmart milk is intended for children who are allergic to the protein in cow's milk or suffer from lactose intolerance.

What is Vidoran Xmart?

Warning Before Using Vidoran Xmart:

• Do not give Vidoran Xmart made from cow's milk if your child has an allergy to cow's milk and dairy products, or is lactose intolerant.
• Pay attention to the expiration date on the packaging before using Vidoran Xmart.
• Adjust the type of Vidoran Xmart milk to your child's needs.
• Give soy-based formula milk (soya), such as Vidoran Xmart soy milk 1+ and 3+, only if advised by a doctor.
• Be careful in giving Vidoran Xmart milk if your child has diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, hyperphosphatemia, hypophosphatemia, hyperthyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, kidney disorders, asthma, cystic fibrosis, and digestive disorders.
• Call the doctor immediately if your child has an allergic reaction after taking Vidoran Xmart.

Dose and Rules for Using Vidoran Xmart

Each type of milk has a different recommended dosage. Below is the dosage for the use of Vidoran Xmart milk which is divided by type:

• Vidoran Xmart 1+

  3 tablespoons of milk mixed with 180 ml of warm boiled water.

• Vidoran Xmart 3+

  4 tablespoons of milk mixed with 180 ml of warm boiled water.

• Vidoran Xmart 5+

  4 tablespoons of milk mixed with 160 ml of warm boiled water.

• Vidoran Xmart 1+ soya

  4 tablespoons of milk mixed with 180 ml of warm boiled water.

• Vidoran Xmart 3+ soya

  4 tablespoons of milk mixed with 180 ml of warm boiled water.

For Vidoran Xmart UHT, the dosage has been adjusted per pack. Each dose is recommended to be consumed at least 2 times a day. You are advised not to give your child more than 500 ml of milk per day.

How to Use Vidoran Xmart Properly

Use Vidoran Xmart milk according to age and recommended use on the packaging. Do not change the ratio of the water to milk ratio, and do not add other ingredients, such as sugar and cereal.

Drink immediately until the Vidoran Xmart has been dissolved. After 2 hours, the milk should not be drunk again and must be discarded even though it has not been finished.

Use milk up to a maximum of 4 weeks after opening the package. Milk powder should not be used again if there has been a change in color, smell, and taste.

After opening the package, close the package tightly by folding the bag several times. Store in a dry and clean place, and do not store in the refrigerator.

Interaction of Vidoran Xmart with Other Drugs and Ingredients

If taken together, the ingredients in Vidoran Xmart milk can reduce the effectiveness of mercaptopurine, estrogen, tamoxifen, warfarin, valproic acid, and antibiotic drugs, such as quinolones and tetracyclines.

Side Effects and Dangers of Vidoran Xmart

Although it is quite rare, the ingredients contained in Vidoran Xmart can cause side effects such as:

• Digestive disorders, such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, and bloody stools
• Skin disorders, such as rashes
• Breathing problems, such as wheezing (the appearance of a wheezing breath sound) and shortness of breath

These side effects can indicate that your child has a cow's milk allergy, lactose intolerance, or a soy allergy. If your child has these complaints, immediately consult a doctor to get treatment and recommendations for the right type of milk.
