Know the Types of Pain and the Cure

  • Psychogenic pain

    Psychogenic pain is pain that is influenced by psychological factors. Several types of mental or emotional disorders can cause, exacerbate, or prolong this type of pain.

  • Neuropathic pain

    While neuropathic pain arises due to abnormalities in the nerves. A person experiencing this type of pain will feel a stinging sensation along the pathway of the affected nerve or feel numbness or numbness.

Neuropathic Pain Is More Often Experienced

Of the several types of pain that have been described above, it seems that neuropathic pain is the most common. One of them is back pain caused by the clamping of nerves around the back area.

Whatever the cause, nerve pain or neuropathic pain can be a serious condition and can weaken your nerves if not treated promptly. However, if the nerve pain you are experiencing is still mild, then you can overcome it with over-the-counter medications that can be purchased at the pharmacy.

Nerve pain medication that you can take should contain at least some of the following ingredients:

  • Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)

    Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine is a vitamin that can be found in certain foods, such as cereals, beans, vegetables, liver, meat, and eggs. Supplements containing vitamin B6 are used to prevent and treat vitamin B6 deficiency and anemia caused by the condition. In addition, this vitamin is also useful for treating nerve pain.

  • Vitamin B12
