Kiranti - Benefits, dosage and side effects

Kiranti is a herbal product that is useful for relieving menstrual pain and rheumatic pain. Kiranti has three product variants that are sold in the market, namely Kiranti Sehat Comes Month Original, Kiranti Sehat comes Month Orange, and Kiranti Aches and Pains Honey Ginger.

Kiranti contains a combination of various natural herbal ingredients, such as turmeric, ginger, kencur, tamarind, cinnamon, guarana, pandan, and palm sugar. The combination of these ingredients is believed to be able to overcome menstrual pain, launch menstruation, refresh the body, and eliminate unpleasant body odor.

In addition to relieving menstrual pain, Kiranti Pegal Linu is also efficacious to relieve pain in the joints and warm the body.

Kiranti Sehat Datang Bulan with original taste contains 30 grams of turmeric, 6 grams of tamarind, 2.5 grams of brown sugar, 2 grams of kencur, 0.8 grams of ginger, 0.3 grams of pandan, 0.23 grams of guarana, 0.1 grams cinnamon, and water. Kiranti can be consumed 3 days before to 3 days after menstruation.

2. Healthy Kiranti Comes Orange Month

Kiranti Sehat Datang Bulan with orange flavor contains 18.5 grams of orange concentrate, 12 grams of turmeric, 2.5 grams of kencur, 2 grams of brown sugar, 0.8 grams of ginger, 0.25 grams of curcumin, 0.23 grams of guarana, 0, 1 gram of cinnamon, 0.1 gram of tamarind, and water.

3. Kiranti Aches and Pains Honey Ginger

Kiranti Pegal Linu with ginger honey flavor contains 10 grams of ginger, 7.5 grams of brown sugar, 6 grams of turmeric, 5.5 grams of honey, 1.4 grams of tamarind, 1 gram of kencur, 0.45 grams of cinnamon, 0.23 grams of guarana, 0.15 grams myristicae flos, 0.09 gram caryophylli floss, and water. Kiranti Aches and Pains can be consumed every day.
