Weak body conditions can be restored in several ways, such as adequate rest, exercising regularly, drinking enough water, maintaining an ideal body weight, and consuming balanced nutrition. If there are medical problems, both physical and psychological, then treatment is needed by a doctor.

Weakness also needs to be watched out for and immediately consulted a doctor if accompanied by other symptoms, such as:

After knowing the cause, the doctor can determine the type of treatment that will be given. For example, giving iron supplements if the weakness is caused by anemia, giving blood transfusions if there is bleeding, or taking chemotherapy treatment if the weakness is caused by cancer.
