- Increased blood levels of rosiglitazone, loperamide, or bexarotene
- Increased risk of bleeding if used with warfarin or dicumarol
- Decreased effectiveness of gemfibrozil when used with cholestyramine
- Increased risk of QT prolongation with dasabuvir or ritonavir
