Dosage and Instructions for Use of Daktarin

The dosage of Daktarin varies according to the dosage form used and the age of the patient. Here is the explanation:

Daktarin diaper cream and ointment

  • Mature: Apply 2 times a day, for 2-6 weeks.
  • Children: Apply 2 times a day, for 2-6 weeks.

Daktarin oral gel

  • Adults and children over 2 years of age:2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon), applied 4 times a day.
  • Infants over 4 months of age and children under 2 years of age:1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon), applied 4 times a day.

How to Use Daktarin Correctly

Follow the doctor's instructions or the information listed on the medicine package when using Daktarin. Use Daktarin according to the recommended dosage. Do not increase the dose without consulting your doctor first.
