Vaginal Size Facts Can Determine Love Satisfaction

There is an assumption that the size of the sexual organs, including the size of the vagina, can determine the satisfaction of having sex. However, this assumption is not necessarily true. So, what exactly is the relationship between vaginal size and sex satisfaction?

Not only men, some women also pay attention to the size of their sexual organs. This makes women feel afraid and worried if the size of the vagina can not provide sexual satisfaction to the partner.

Moreover, there is an assumption that the vagina can become permanently loose after giving birth. Well, to find out whether the size of the vagina can determine sexual satisfaction, let's look at the following facts.

Get to know the Anatomy and Size of the Vagina

The vagina is an important part of the female reproductive system that connects the uterus and cervix or cervix to the outside of the body. This sexual organ also acts as a place for menstrual blood to come out, the birth path of the fetus during childbirth, and the entry of the penis during sexual intercourse.

Every woman has a different vaginal size. However, the vagina is generally 8 cm long and can stretch up to 10–16 cm. This can happen because the vagina consists of muscle tissue that is elastic, so it can change its size according to conditions and return to its original size.

Effect of Vaginal Size with Satisfaction Love

It is not known for certain whether there is a relationship between vaginal size and the quality of sexual intercourse, so further research is still needed. However, vaginal size is believed to have no effect on sexual satisfaction.

Moreover, love satisfaction can be influenced by many factors, such as: foreplay, sex positions, and even communication during sex.

In addition, sexual satisfaction is rarely associated with vaginal size, but rather with the weakening of muscles or tissues around the vagina due to a history of childbirth or age. This is what makes the vagina feel loose during penetration of the penis.

However, changes in the elasticity of the muscles around the vagina due to childbirth are actually not permanent. After going through the labor process, the elasticity of the muscles around the vagina will slowly return to its original state as it was before pregnancy.

Method to Tighten Vagina

One way that is considered effective for tightening the vagina is Kegel exercises. This exercise can strengthen the lower pelvic muscles around the vagina which are weakened by childbirth or with age.

The following are some steps you can follow to do Kegel exercises:

  • Find out the position of the lower pelvic muscles by holding the urine out when urinating.
  • After knowing the position of the lower pelvic muscles, tighten them for 3 seconds, then relax the muscles again.
  • Keep the breath steady and repeat until you get used to it.
  • Once you get used to it, repeat the movement 10 times with a duration of 10 seconds each time you do it.
  • For maximum results, do Kegel exercises 3 times a day.

You are recommended to do Kegel exercises in a relaxed state and avoid tightening the abdominal muscles, thighs, and buttocks while doing this exercise.

Kegel exercises can be done in a sitting or standing position. You also don't need time or special clothes to do this exercise.

Not only tightening the vagina, Kegel exercises are also able to improve bladder function decline due to childbirth and age which causes you to accidentally expel urine when sneezing, laughing, or coughing.

Although Kegel exercises can tighten the vagina, remember that sex satisfaction does not only depend on it. There are many other things you and your partner can do to make sexual relations more quality.

However, if you are worried about the size of your vagina and you feel that your sexual relationship with your partner is disturbed because of it, don't hesitate to consult a doctor for further treatment.
